Canon has successfully tested various CompactFlash memory cards for compatibility with its XF-series of professional Full HD camcorders - the XF305, XF300, XF105 and XF100 models - and you can see the results in the table below.

The table shown below outlines the current CF card compatibilities with Canon’s file-based XF-series camcorders. Cards not listed in the table may also operate correctly in the XF305, XF300, XF105 and XF100 camcorders, but this cannot be verified by Canon.
