CPN Magazine
Canon Professional Network (CPN) Magazine is published by Canon Europa NV in the five main European languages and is aimed at complementing the CPN website.
A high-quality, coffee table-type publication CPN Magazine showcases the work of professional photographers who use Canon equipment in image-led articles of between four and 10 pages in length. The publication also profiles some of the most influential figures in photography, and includes news features of awards and events, along with a technical and business section.
The picture editor of CPN magazine is Barbara Stauss, a co-founder of Mare magazine and currently its picture director. A former photographer, Stauss also teaches at photo editing seminars, and was a master for the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Joop Swart Masterclasses, run by World Press Photo.
Editor Mike Stanton said: “CPN Magazine is a stage on which to reveal the beauty and power of images taken by some of world’s greatest professional photographers. From whole careers to individual assignments, we will tell the stories behind the pictures and as well as giving enough space to let the images speak for themselves.”
The magazine is free to all existing Canon Professional Services (CPS) members in Europe. If you are an existing European CPS member and want to ensure you don’t miss out on receiving your CPN Magazine, please make sure your contact details are up to date by clicking here.
The magazine is available in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
