Stunning images taken by some of the world’s most talented photographers - the Canon Ambassadors - will feature in a major exhibition in the Getty Images Gallery in central London from February 7 to 28 this year.
The exhibition features the superb photographic work of the nine current Ambassadors - portrait and fashion shooter Lorenzio Agius (Orchard by Getty Images), wedding photographer Jeff Ascough, motorsport photographer Frits van Eldik, photojournalists Gary Knight (VII) and Ziv Koren (Polaris Images), wildlife shooters Thorsten Milse and Michael Nichols (National Geographic), documentary photographer Paolo Pellegrin (Magnum Photos), and award-winning photojournalist Brent Stirton (Reportage by Getty Images).
The director of the Getty Images Gallery, Louise Garczewska, commented: “All the Canon Ambassadors involved in this exhibition have a unique eye for taking stunning pictures and we are proud to be showcasing their fantastic work at the gallery.”
Around 54 large prints will adorn the walls of the gallery and the exhibition will be open to the public from February 7 to 28 from 9am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, and 12pm to 6pm on Saturdays (admission is free). The Getty Images Gallery is at 6 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DX.
