Three-Year Exchange Warranty Service on Canon Network Cameras
Canon Network Cameras enjoy a Three-Year Exchange Warranty Service so customers have complete peace of mind.
The Three-Year Exchange Warranty Service allows for an exchange product to be offered if a new product is found to be faulty during the first three years from date of purchase and, where possible, will be a ‘like-for-like’ model replacement. Replacements are issued quickly upon diagnosis and even before the receipt of faulty products. The end-user or system integrator is responsible for ensuring that the defective Network Camera is returned to Canon on receipt of the exchange product.
The following Canon Network Cameras – provided they were purchased after 1 January 2012 – are covered for the Three-Year Exchange Warranty Service: the VB-S series, the VB-H series, the VB-M series, and the VB-C60 and VB-C60B models.
The Three-Year Exchange Warranty Service is only available in the following eligible countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Customers and systems integrators should note that the Three-Year Exchange Warranty Service means that the originally purchased product will not be returned and that the exchange product is a permanent replacement. The remainder of the original warranty period will then apply to the replacement unit.
