March 2009

CPN has launched a new opportunity for photographers - Editor’s Choice - that offers you the chance to have your photographs seen and edited by some of the top photo editors with Getty Images’ Aidan Sullivan the first guest editor who’ll be viewing, assessing and editing your submitted photography.

With just one click of a mouse you can upload your photographs for viewing by a respected photo editor and your photos will be showcased on the CPN website if they make the final shortlist selection. Via that one click aspiring photographers looking for expert feedback can upload their photos, as many as they wish, with the first chance to upload photographs open until 30 April 2009 to join in with the first Editor’s Choice. Following that the outstanding entries chosen by Aidan Sullivan will be posted on the CPN website on 15 May 2009 to showcase the cream of the entries to a global online audience.

CPN’s new Editor’s Choice section gives you the opportunity to…

  • Have your photographs reviewed by one of the world’s top photo editors.
  • Pit your photography against Canon users around the world.
  • Feature in a major global showcase on the CPN website.

Guest editors

Every two months a new guest photo editor will be named and a new selection of photographs can be submitted. The first guest editor in the ‘hot seat’ is the hugely respected Aidan Sullivan, vice president of photo assignments for Getty Images.
