Momenteel is alleen de inhoud over Cinema EOS beschikbaar in het Nederlands. The next category in the Editor’s Choice 2 series is travel, landscape and architecture, and GEO Saison Picture Editor Karin Rogers will be judging your uploaded images in September. She follows on from previous guest editors, Daphné Anglès from The New York Times and Sports Illustrated’s James K. Colton.

Linking CPN readers to the world’s best photo editors, CPN Editor’s Choice allows your Canon photography to be seen at the highest level and gives photo editors a chance to see new talent from around the world.

Before she took up her position of Picture Editor for GEO Saison Rogers was the correspondent for the Spanish magazines of the publisher Gruner+Jahr. “I offered them photos and stories from Germany,” she told CPN, “until the Editor-in-Chief of GEO Saison offered me this job. And even before that I was working as a tourist guide on Mallorca. So, in the end, it came all together – photo editor for a travel magazine.” GEO Saison is a monthly magazine but it also publishes three specials a year, such as ‘Travelling with Children’ and other special interest subjects, along with around half a dozen calendars.

From 1 September until 30 September you will be able to upload your best travel, landscape and architecture images to the CPN site. Karin Rogers will then choose a shortlist of images, giving feedback on her favourite ones in a special multimedia presentation to be published on the CPN website in October.
