In a special CPN multimedia presentation Marcel Saba chooses 30 pictures from the thousands submitted, and talks in detail about why he chose particular pictures from amongst his favourite images.
Editor's Choice links photographers with the world's best photo editors. It allows CPN readers to have their work seen at the highest level and gives editors the chance to see new talent from around the world. In 2010 Editor's Choice 2 followed the success of the first edition of Editor's Choice in 2009, in which more than 11,000 images were entered. Photographers using Canon cameras are able to upload their images for review by a leading picture editor. A different genre of photography is covered each month.
Editor’s Choice 2 ran during the second half of 2010 and up until close of submissions in the portrait category on 5 January 2011. In July last year the category was sports photography; in August it was photojournalism; in September it was travel, landscape and architecture; in October it was commercial, advertising and fashion; and in November it was nature and wildlife. You can view all of the previous Editor’s Choice results via the ‘Related links’ within this article or by clicking here.
Marcel Saba and CPN would like to thank all of those photographers who submitted their images to the portrait edition of Editor's Choice 2.
