Visa pour l'Image
The organisers of the 19th Visa pour l’Image International Festival of Photojournalism (1-16 September, 2007) have announced their list of exhibitions.
Visitors to this most prestigious photojournalism festival, held each year in the southern French city of Perpignan, will be able to attend some 30 exhibitions including the 2007 World Press Photo show.
The festival will also feature a retrospective of work by former Life Magazine photographer
Dirck Halstead, along with many other studies such as Paul Nicklen’s ‘Arctic Ice Edge’ and Lizzie Sadin’s ‘Juvenile Suffering’. Below is a selection of images due to be exhibited in Perpignan this year.
