Objectif Bastille has much in store for Canon shooters.
Friday 7 September 2007
Objectif Bastille, a Paris-based photography dealer and one of the biggest camera shops in France, is sponsoring the festival, and has a ‘shop’ on the second floor of the Palais des Congrès. Jean-Michel Krief, one of the staff members, told CPN that it comes to Visa pour l'Image because it works with many the big agencies.
“Coming to here gives us a chance to meet with them,&rdquo he said. We're also a Canon Professional Services (CPS) pro store selling all Canon professional equipment, so having a stall here is an obvious choice.”
In their space they’re displaying a range of photographic equipment from Canon as well as products from manufacturers such as ThinkTank photo bags. In keeping with the surge in multimedia within the industry, there is also a range of Canon video cameras on display and an edit suite for visitors to try out.
