Canon's pro HD camcorder ‘Cash Back’ offers
Canon video ‘Prosumers’ can benefit from a range of new Cash Back offers available to purchasers of the XL H1A, XL H1S, XH G1 and XH A1 HD professional camcorders who buy the models between 1 June and 31 July 2008.
The promotion offers €500 Cash Back when you purchase an XL H1A, XL H1S or XH G1 HD camcorder and €300 when you buy the XH A1 model. Alternatively, if you’ve bought the XL H1A, XL H1S or XH G1 models you can choose to receive a Firestore FSC60 portable Hard Disk (worth approximately €1,000) from Canon instead of the Cash Back offer.
To be eligible to claim the Cash Back the Canon HD camcorders named above must have been purchased in one of the following countries – Andorra, Channel Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. To qualify for the promotion you must be a consumer resident in the European Economic Area - the EU, Andorra, the Channel Islands, Iceland, Norway, San Marino, Liechtenstein or Switzerland. Please note that this specific offer is not open to residents of the UK or Poland.

Follow the simple guide to completing the Cash Back form online. Once you’ve completed the form, print it out and send it, with a copy of your receipt and the original product barcode cut out from the packaging box to:

The claim form has to be sent on or before 15 September 2008 or by 31 October 2008 if you live in Spain. Please allow at least 21 days after receipt of your application for the money to be sent to you or around 30 days after receipt of your application for the Firestore FSC60 to be sent to you. Cash Back payments for this promotion can be made directly into your bank account or can be sent by cheque.
