XH A1 incorporated into CPS Video programme
Owners of Canon XH A1 HD camcorders purchased from an authorised Canon dealer in Europe can now benefit from Canon Professional Services (CPS) Video membership that offers a range of free information and product support.
The addition of the XH A1 to the CPS programme means that owners of Canon’s XL H1S, XL H1A, XL H1, XH G1 and XH A1 professional camcorders can now qualify to join the CPS Video programme.
CPS Video membership offers many key benefits including a priority repair service with a six-day turnaround from the moment your camcorder is received by Canon’s repair centre. Loan equipment is available if the camcorder cannot be repaired within this time period. CPS Video members can also receive email and telephone support about non-repair related questions from one of Canon’s European Professional Representatives.
