Daniel Glückmann: Getty Images

Daniel Glückmann has been Getty Images’ Iberia Country Manager since 2008. After leaving Argentina in 1976, he moved to Madrid, building a career as a photojournalist and photo editor at the newspaper Diario 16. He was the Director of the Spanish agency Cover for 11 years before it was acquired by Jupiter Images, which was itself bought by Getty Images in 2009.

“There probably isn't any part of this industry I haven’t been involved in, but media changes so much that we have to reinvent every day,” he says. “One of my principles is keeping a focus on excellence both with my work and with that of others. There’s no way to tell a good story without an extra helping of quality and passion.”
