Stephanie Sinclair is a US photojournalist who is known for gaining unique access to the most sensitive gender and human rights issues around the world. She graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Journalism and an outside concentration in Fine Art Photography. She then worked for the Chicago Tribune, and later moved to Iraq, then Beirut to cover the region as a freelance photographer. Stephanie joined VII Network when it was formed, in 2008, and became a full member of VII in 2009. She contributes regularly to National Geographic, The New York Times Magazine, TIME, Newsweek, Stern, German Geo and Marie Claire among others. Her awards include the UNICEF's Photo of the Year and a World Press Photo award for her coverage of the 2006 war between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
